It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

You are only a few minutes walk from Ayr train station in one direction and the bus terminal in the other. There's a huge choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants just outside the front door. The famous Ayr Shore sea front is a short 10 minute walk away, and the Racecourse is less than 5 minutes by car or taxi. Fully equipped flat ideal for work or leisure stays.
