God beliggenhed ift Nordsjælland og København, tæt på Nivå havn og strand og mulighed for offentlig transport, tog og bus (der går bus til og fra Kokkedal station 400 m fra huset).

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Just let us know when you make your reservation!

Minibacke är ett härligt boende på landet i Nykulla, 2,5 mil norr om Växjö. Du bor i en nyrenoverad ladugård med åker och skog utanför knuten och med många sevärdheter i närheten. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 2 personer. I köket kan du laga lättare måltider. Spis, mikro, kaffebryggare och kylskåp med frysfack finns. Smart-TV med Chromecast och Soundbar med Bluetoothanslutning. Badrum med WC, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Bastu och ett utebadkar med varmvatten. 2 st cyklar ingår.

Ladugården/ The Barn Helgasjön Växjö

This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Newly refurbished 100 sq. meter atelje/apartment with a cozy loft,and balcony in a charming old barn surrounded by a large beautiful garden. Located in the quaint village of Ingelstorp. Fantastic beaches only minutes away. Beautiful countryside, rose gardens, nature reserves, art galleries, antique & interior design, fleamarkets and critically acclaimed bakeries and restaurants. The apt is available only on a weekly basis Sun-Sun in July & the first 2 weeks in August.

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Welcome to stay at our lovely stable studio apartment, situated right next to Beddinge golf course and just a short walk to the long, white Beddinge beach. This is a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing holiday. It’s close to restaurants, the grocery store, tennis club, minigolf and beautiful trekking or running tracks. Skævinge, det gamle hønsehus i landlige omgivelser

Vi har renoveret det gamle hønsehus til et lille hyggeligt anneks. Huset har et rum og ligger for sig selv på vores lille landsted og vi har 12 høns og en hane, der græsser frit på stykket ud for huset. Gården er oprindeligt fra 1914 og ligger omgivet af marker og med udsigt til strø bjerge. På ejendommen finder du ligeledes vores cafe og gårdbutik, der sælger kaffe, kage, sandwich, brunch mm åbningstid fredag-søndag kl 10-17
