Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Beautiful and lovingly renovated Coach House in the heart of Pilton village, set in the lush private grounds of our family home. Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.
