Apartment for 2 with pool, privacy and dream views

The apartment is part of Farmhouse La Collina del Sole close to Perugia in Umbria. We have recently restored this farmhouse and have been farmers for generations. You will therefore stay on a real farm, but with all you need for a comfortable holiday. Our panoramic swimming pool is another big attraction, overlooking the valley. This apartment for two is close to the swimming pool and totally surrounded by green fields. It offers peace and lots of privacy, yet shops/restaurants are close by.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Some areas of the spacious villa remain unoccupied and others are reserved for your use. During the stay, you'll be the sole occupants, apart from the owners who may occasionally be in another part of the house. Enjoy the lush gardens, private pool, and serene countryside.

The house is located far from noise and pollution right between Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi, just 9 km from the E45, a toll-free highway that runs north-south connecting most of Umbria's key destinations and providing a convenient link for exploring the region.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Historical stone house recently renovated, a real OFF THE GRID experience where everything is regulated by conserving resources and sustainability. Bedroom has a astonishing view, king size bed, fresh sheets and towels. Two sigle beds are available in the living room. Large bathroom. Kitchenette with everything, fridge, pots and pans, tea, coffee, sugar, honey, eggs from our hens, vegetables from our garden, everything organic. Free Wi-Fi.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

The whole of this beautifully restored, traditional Italian villa is available to rent. It is located close to Perugia and Assisi, amongst the tranquil Umbrian hills with stunning panoramic views and infinity pool. Villa Antorrita showcases the original features of its 14th century architecture with additional works from the 17th century.
