The second floor has two bed rooms both of which have 2 full size beds for a total of 4 full beds. Sit on the outdoor couch and watch the sun rise/set or relax in the 7 person hot tub boasting 90 jets while you watch the stream flow on by! The stream is also stocked each year with trout for all you fisherman!

Tiny House Caboose

While the setting for our tiny house may not be the most ideal , it is still a unique experience ! It is at a temporary site till we either sell it or find a better setting ! It is set up beside our shop and not far away from were we live , so you may see some of our family during your stay . It sleeps 4 , king size bed in the loft and a pull out futon queen size bed in the living room . Size of the tiny house is 10' wide x 28' long with 4' porches on the front and back .

It features 3 bedrooms - downstairs bedroom is a traditional enclosed room, 2 upstairs bedrooms are unique open loft spaces that are visible to each other. The cottage has 180 degree views of Penns Creek and private creek access and firepit about 100 steps away.
