Studio in the village, Rimfire building. Walk to slopes, rest., Starbucks, & shopping. You have access to garage & you pay to exit or free parking across the street. Access hot tubs & gym via room key. Cooktop, micro, fridge, coffee pot, cookware, etc. No oven. In the summer is hiking, mountain biking, Shavers Lake, Cass railroad, Greenbank Observatory, Greenbrier River Trail, horse back riding, Razor tours, scenic lift rides, Frisbee golf, Golf Course, Concerts, Treasure on the Mountain.

Comfortable, well kept, and convenient

I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know!
