South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

Off the beaten track but a short drive to Gara Rock Beach, Slapton Sands, Torcross Beach & the historic coastal towns of Dartmouth, Salcombe, Kingsbridge & Totnes. Stargazing on the deck to the sound of the river running wild, stick bread & marshmallow toasting on the fire-pit in the shared meadow. Peace & quiet without being totally isolated. Park right outside in the shared carpark.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Dartmouth is 4 miles away with its fine selection of shops & restaurants. The breathtaking South Devon AONB coastline is on your doorstep with the coast path only minutes away.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.
