The studio has a queen bed, bathroom, a small kitchenette for preparing coffee and tea and outside small and cozy veranda for taking a breakfast or relaxing. It is located in the heart of the old traditional village of Nikiti and in a distance of less than 200m there is a restaurant and a bar.

Originally the store-room and garage of the house, this cottage was recently transformed into a modern bungalow with a kitchen/living-room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It offers privacy and sea-view, day and night peaceful environment, a beach at 3-minute walking distance, immediate hiking opportunities.
