The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Our apartment is located on the golden coast of Siófok in a residential park directly on the shore of Lake Balaton. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the lake. An equipped kitchen and stylish, modern furnishings await our guests. Stepping out of the gate, we immediately find ourselves on the free beach, where it is not only pleasant to swim, sunbath but also to cycle, walk, wakeboard and do sports. There is a parking space for one car in the closed courtyard of the residential complex.

Egy vadonatúj társasházi lakás, Siófokon, a Deák Ferenc sétány 14-es szám alatti Admiral Family lakóparkban várj a pihenni vágyókat. Az ingatlan a Balatonhoz közelebb lévő épületben, a 4. emeleten található, csodálatos panorámával a Balatonra. Az könnyebb közlekedést lift segíti. A lakásban 2 hálószoba, egy amerikai konyhás nappali, egy fürdőszoba WC-vel és egy különálló WC is található, a zavartalan pihenést egy 22 m2-es terasz biztosítja a z ideáltógatónak. A másik teraszról 37 nm, - amely a hálószobákból elérhető - könnyen feljuthatunk a 60 négyzetméteres tetőteraszra, ahonnan a bámulatos kilátás tárul elénk a Balaton felé.
