Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Stolpboerderij aan de Westfriese zeedijk

Deze dubbele stolpboerderij dateert uit de 17de eeuw. In het voorhuis achter de darsdeuren is sinds kort een prachtige vakantiewoning gerealiseerd van ruim 100m2. Alle voorzieningen zijn op de begaande grond gesitueerd. Zoals een royale zithoek met uitzicht op de Westfriese omringdijk, een kookeiland en een ruime badkamer met een vrijstaand ligbad en een aparte douche. Een tuin met terras is aanwezig. De zee is op fietsafstand bereikbaar waar zich de stilste stranden van Nederland bevinden.

Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.
