It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. If your party is larger then 8 and you wish to use the annex, please give us a call as the annex is an extra price. A wonderful seaside property metres from the beach.

The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.

Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year.
