A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. For a tranquil stay in the city center among locals, this cozy top-floor apartment in a four-story building (no elevator) is an ideal choice. The apartment is not luxurious, but it is spacious and authentic.
