Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

Sleep soundly at this unique and cosy getaway in Witchcliffe, 8 mins drive south of Margaret River, WA. The studio apartment is part of our beautiful new solar passive designed home in the ecovillage. It is private, with it's own entry. It is immaculate inside and comes with 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa and benchtop for eating/working. The ecovillage is unique in its design, balancing privacy and interaction. We may be happy to give you a quick impromptu tour if interested.

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

This luxury studio boasts unique ocean views from the private roof terrace. The property is located a short walk to the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower after your morning swim in the courtyard bathed in morning sun. Rammed limestone compliments the coastal interiors of this bright space. Enjoy the WA sunsets on the roof terrace, with a drink in hand. The studio is connected to a main house but with complete private access and spaces to enjoy. Designated off-street parking.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. A small hobby farm in Margaret River. I'm a brewer at a local brewery on a self sufficiency journey with my two daughters. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful farm/bush setting, close to town, the beach and a waterfall.
