We have 3 self catering in-house open plan adult only apartments; Soothpunds sits alongside Mogill, north west side of the building. It has two entrances accessed from the parking area & via patio doors with summer BBQ area, overlooking the stunning Levenwick Bay. From the lounge, take in the unspoilt views across Levenwick to the North and enjoy spectacular sunset colours as they spill over Mossi Hill flowing into the bay. Our local beach is mins by car, 25mins to Lerwick, 40mins to the North.

Renovated chapel in Vidlin, Shetland

Sea views, sunsets, space and solitude in a converted stone built chapel. Renovated to a high standard in 2014, it provides all the home comforts you need in a beautiful location with sea views. There is private parking at the house. The charming village of Vidlin has a well stocked shop within walking distance and a service bus route nearby. In the centre of the village is an attractive marina. The nearest pub in Brae is 10 miles away and it’s just 22 miles to the ferry port of Lerwick.

East-Gate Selfcatering

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.

Traditional crofter's cottage in peaceful Unst

A traditional Shetland Crofter's cottage in Baliasta, Unst, Shetland. Close by to the Loch of Cliff, near to the local shops and leisure centre. We absolutely love our little spot and enjoy opening it up to our many well-travelled guests. The cottage is very cosy, has a wood burning stove, and a good-sized garden. Please be aware though, that it is a very old house and as such has some rustic quirks. While we are happy to accommodate children please be aware all beds are doubles.

Mavine Cottage, Lerwick, Shetland

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks. Easy walking distance to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 1.25 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen with a pully for drying clothes and also a good size living room. Mavine Cottage is a great base from which to explore all Shetland has to offer.

Just on the outskirts of Brae, within walking distance to the local supermarket, pubs, restaurants, fish and chip and Chinese takeaways. Garage, hairdressers, beauty salon, swimming pool and leisure centre close by. Plus the No. 23 Bus to Lerwick/Toft runs right past the door. Our outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset after an exhilarating day hiking and sightseeing.

Beachside, spacious, centrally located house

Situated across from a beautiful sandy beach sits the newly refurbished “Da Haaf”, a 4 bedroomed, light and airy spacious property. With an open plan fully equipped fitted kitchen/dining room/sitting room with wood burning stove, 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, 2 with en suites, a family bathroom, library and laundry room, it is sure to feel like a home from home. Da Haaf is in a lovely central location, situated just 10 minutes drive from Lerwick.

Traditional cottage in a rural setting with beautiful scenic views of Sullom voe and the oil terminal. 10 minutes from Brae with local shops, pubs and restaurants. It is 30 minutes to Lerwick the main town in Shetland. Living room is a cosy room with free view tv. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need. Bedrooms are both upstairs, one room has a double bed and another one has 2 singles. Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer all in the porch.

Wethersta Cottage with a View

Wethersta Cottage is located on the Shetland mainland and is ideally situated for exploring all parts of Shetland. Conveniently situated near the village of Brae, easy driving distance to anywhere in Shetland. Our cosy cottage is deceptively spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms., kitchen/diner, lounge area, shower room, decking area and large parking area. Small pets are welcome, as long as they are house trained, and you tidy up after them.

Bright, modern and airy flat, right in the heart of Lerwick. Recently redecorated and refurbished, this flat is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Big bay windows look out over the town's historic Hillhead - the perfect location for viewing the world-famous Up Helly Aa fire festival, as the spectacular torchlight evening procession starts from right outside, making this the ideal view point.

Midfield Croft Ollaberry Shetland Islands

My house is on a working croft or small farm. We have sheep, hens, and you may meet one of our working dogs. The area is very quiet. A safe place to relax and enjoy the local wildlife. Great walking country and stunning local scenery. Dogs are welcome by arrangement -there is a secure garden. Please note that this is a working croft, so please keep dogs under control.

Sound Lodge a Quiet Getaway with a Stunning View

The self-contained flat is situated at the North end of the main property, above the garage so please be aware that there is a staircase for easy access as it has its own entrance and hallway. You will have access to our own waterfront & jetty so if you have a kayak or small boat you're welcome to use the facility, the garage can be used for the drying area.
