Half-Moon Dome at Our Farm

​The Dome is over 200 sqft (16 ft across) with an 8ft tall ceiling at the middle.  The Dome is equipped with a zipper door and has a canvas cover with windows and screens and features a large bay window that allows views of Little North Mountain and a full view of the farm.  There is a solar exhaust fan and wooden floors as well as a queen bed with linens and some causal seating. There is no electricity or running water and no WIFI. We do provide solar-powered and battery-powered lights.

Located within minutes of everything, we are also close to Civil War museums/Historic sites, natural caverns and caves, etc. I may even bake for you, if you’re lucky!!

Cornfield Inn

This farmhouse, built in 1903, is located on a 250 acre working dairy farm in the Shenandoah Valley with great views of the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. The house with the orginal hardwood floors has recently been remodeled with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is large and spacious and all three bedrooms have queen size beds. It is convieniently located near the Shenandoah River, the Shenandoah National Park and the Luray Caverns, all "must sees" while in the area.

Discover the solitude of Old Virginia at Shawnee Farms Estate in this elegant, historic farm home. Located on 159 acres of rolling farmland, the estate is located in the Shenandoah Valley countryside with sweeping views of both the Shenandoah National Park and the George Washington National Forest. The home was built in 1863 and renovated in 2018. It can accommodate up to 16 guests and is just 3 miles from downtown Luray, Luray Caverns and 1 mile from the Shenandoah River.
