The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

‘Smugglers’ quirky hideaway

Smugglers was once an old stable attached to the back of our house. It’s still linked to the house, but is self contained. It’s unusual shapes and fixtures make it very quirky and would suit people that like something a bit different. There is a main double bed and a mezzanine deck ideal for relaxing on. The little kitchen allows you to stay in and cook for yourself if you fancy a cozy night in. The courtyard in front of smugglers can be used for bbq’s if the weather is kind!

Attached to the farmhouse with its own private entrance and courtyard patio area, including seating, outside fire pit, wood fired pizza oven and bbq. Set in countryside surroundings, ideal for walking and cycling, close to Newtown Nature Reserve, within walking distance of two local pubs and village shop. A short drive to chessell pottery, tapnell farm park with the cow co resturant and west wight alpacas.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway! A period Arts and Crafts bungalow with a sunny, fenced, garden overlooking Freshwater Bay. You are welcome to bring your dog and walk from the front door in every direction to enjoy the West Wight. Enjoy a short stroll down to Freshwater Bay, continue further all the way to the Needles in one direction. Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.

Fields View is a family friendly, detached bungalow sleeping 4-6 guests in king-size and twin bedrooms plus sofa bed. Travel cot available for one infant. It is situated on Eades Farm, Newbridge, 9 miles from Newport and 5 miles from Yarmouth. The sea is an 8 mins drive. Beautiful country and woodland views are enjoyed from most rooms in this recently refurbished home. Original artwork and prints are featured. Enclosed garden. Ferry discounts available.

Orchard Cottage

Converted from a former milking parlour in 199, Orchard has been hosting guests ever since. Perfect for families and guests with pets, Orchard is comfortable and well-equipped for a wonderful stay. Although Mattingley is no longer a working farm, we do keep some pedigree Jacob's sheep, alpacas and sometimes pigs. The farm is located in the rural West Wight with easy access to great walking, cycling and beaches.
