Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

Hedge Lodge

Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

The Garden Coop is a chic, cosy, eco-home on the beautiful Sotterly Estate, just 15 minutes from Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The Coop is ideally situated for country walks, cycling straight from the door and horse riding trails all over the estate. The Coop is very cosy with under floor heating and a wood burning stove. There is a gorgeous, dog friendly, courtyard garden with stunning views over a covered deck. This stylish, peaceful retreat, is ideal for two guests and one dog.

Birdhaven is a delightful cottage situated on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Wenhaston, just a few miles from Southwold and the Suffolk Coast & Heaths. This charming self-catering cottage offers cosy accommodation with plenty of natural wonders and attractions nearby. It features lovely views of the surrounding picturesque meadows which offer wonderful sunsets. The cottage has a large garden and driveway offering private parking and the woodburner makes it an ideal cosy winter escape.

The Lodge, sits perfectly with the Old Guildhall, built in 1429 with its wealth of history, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The iconic seaside town of Southwold is less than 10 minutes drive away. The local village with cafe, store, Chinese takeout and public houses is within walking distance, so too is the beach. Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Meadow View is a charming one-bedroom, single storey property on the edge of the quaint village of Brampton. This holiday cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard to provide light, bright, comfortable accommodation for a couple or a single person. Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
