The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

This apartment is newly furnished, it sleeps 4 with a queen bed and full pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and bathroom stocked with new appliances and linens. It is 30 minutes to Akron, 45 minutes to Cleveland and 30 minutes to Canton Ohio and highway access is easily accessible.

This cute little getaway has it all. Quality built with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, Corian countertop and a bathtub and shower. It's located on a quiet country road on 9 acres. Each visit is gifted a loaf of Kneaded Grain sourdough bread, made on the premises (with 24 hour notice). Owners own a bicycle shop so if you need a bike to explore the area, let them know! Note, this is an upstairs apartment, so if stairs are a problem, this is probably not the spot for you.
