PERFECT location! 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 25 minutes form Pigeon Forge and Dollywood and across street from the Mountain Trails. This large RV Lot backs up to a spacious common area with a soothing mountain creek, and directly across the road from the large community fishing pond! Great for the whole family, 1 room with king bed other 2 Queen, 1 sleeping loft, full kitchen and 1 full bath and 1 half bath.

The Happy Haven

Welcome to the Happy Haven, your home away from home. Relax in the stock pool (open June-August. Maybe longer if weather permitting. Just ask), the inflatable covered hot tub, make memories around the fire pit or dare to test your card/board game skills! We are conveniently located between Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. We pray you are blessed coming in and going out! Please read all information before booking.

RV There Yet? – Lakeside up to 8 with Hot Tub!

RV There Yet is our largest camper, featuring a private bedroom, two pull‑out sofas, and a dinette that converts into a bed. Enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and a large deck with furniture, gas grill, hot tub and propane heater for chilly evenings. A $75 refundable damage deposit is due at check‑in. Pets are welcome with a $25 fee per pet (max 2).
