Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο (62 τμ) και άνετο για 3 άτομα. Βρίσκεται στην Κάτω Χώρα, 20 μέτρα από την στάση λεωφορείου και 200 μέτρα από τους μύλους στην Πάνω Χώρα όπου υπάρχουν σουπερμάρκετ, καφε και εστιατόρια. Το σπίτι είναι υπερυψωμένο από την δημόσια οδό (11 σκαλοπάτια), έχει αυλή με δυο χτιστούς καναπέδες. Από την μια πλευρά της αυλής υπάρχουν 1 υ/δ με 1 μονό και 1 διπλό κρεβάτια και 1 λουτρό-wc, και από την άλλη κουζίνα και σαλόνι με έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι που μπορούν να κοιμηθούν αλλα 2 άτομα.

On the balkony you can admire the wonderful colours of the skay all day long and especially during the sunset. If you dream of peacufull nights by the see then that's the right place for you. Our apartment is fully equipped casy with details of island style decoration.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το μπάνιο, το καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και σκιασμένη βεράντα.

Pines Beach House

Pines Beach House is located on the beach of Livadi, the main town of Serifos Island. It is walking distance to the port and all the seaside shops, bars and restaurants that it offers. The house comprises of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Large verandas with sea views and a garden with outdoor dining and lounge chairs are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

This is the second Dream Sea Moschou studio. This house is equipped with a fully working AC, a double bed and a single bed in a different room, a fully furnished kitchen, one bathroom, satellite internet, and a balcony with a wonderful view over the sea. All of our studios are a walk away from the beach, share two outside showers, and have access to two small piers at the cliffside where you can enjoy a nice swim right under your living quarters.

Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
