The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Kitchen: airfryer,outdoor ooni pizza grill, hibachi grill, a 2 gas burner grill. NO GUESTS UNDER 18 ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. RESERVATION WILL BE SUBJET TO CANCELATION OR 500$/NIGHT FEE PER CHILD.

Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.

Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, yet modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located at the end of a private road. Relax in the back yard after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work.

Redtail House is a lovely home with its private and scenic location.
