The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not accept younger guests (25 yo+). Its secluded location provides a more quiet stay and easy parking within close proximity to all of Seaside Park's attractions.

It's a perfect location for fishing off the pier or a day at the beach. Rental has 4 badges for access to both. NOTE: 25+ yrs old to rent.
