If you are feeling more adventurous; Paddle on the lake, play cornhole, or hike on our private trails. And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (who likes those?), And check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. Stay on a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to the Raleigh/Durham area - 20 min. from Interstate 85 & 50 min. from 95. Interact with our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats, donkeys, & more. Shop our farm store, stroll the property. Tours are free for registered guests. Friends may join the tour for a fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Twenty stairs lead up to the 700 sq ft over-the-garage apartment with private entrance. Includes a king bed & pullout couch.

The Cottage has a full kitchen, a large king bedroom, a bright, window filled sitting area, and a new deck overlooking Upper Weldan Pond and acres of healthy, natural hardwood forest with nearly 4 miles of trails to explore. You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

Gaston Lake Life cottage on the water with a private boat slip and community boat ramp. Renovated space with new flooring, cabinets and furniture. 2 bedroom and 1 bath, but sleeps 8 comfortably with the added daybeds that convert to king beds. Also, has an amazing additional outdoor shower where you can wash up under the stars. The deck has comfortable seating for 6 and a gas grill for grilling steaks, burgers or your fresh lake catch. The property has a shared beach front.

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Looking for a place to escape the fast life? Well, look no more! You can relax on the front porch sipping a cup of coffee or grill out on the back deck! Grab a fishing pole and head down the hill to the creek in the back yard and fish the day away. This cottage sits on a small waterfront property where you can enjoy it! A small firepit is located at the back deck to enjoy also! We're located one mile off of hwy 95 an 301 about 5 miles from hwy 58 an town too!
