Quite flat of about 50 sq. mt in an ancient building ('800) completely restructured in 2011. The entrance is from our private path, in the garden, deck chairs for exclusive use of guests. The apartment is warm and welcoming, sleeps 2+1 and it is comfortably furnished with wooden furniture and Sicilian ceramics. This unit has a well equipped kitchen with a good supply of crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. and private bathroom. Central heating,air conditioner, TV LCD, sat.TV. Also linen, towels and blankets provided. The terrace (50 sq. m) has a a large shaded area for dining and relaxing with flower-bed, patio furniture and barbecue area, for exclusive use of the guests. The area The apartment is located in the new area of the city of Sciacca. Really close to supermarkets and winery. The city center is about 200 mt faraway (5 minutes walking) that means that you can easily leave the car in your private parking and visiting downtown just walking. The old harbour is about 300 mt faraway, and the beaches are far about 500 mt. Sciacca is a really safe city. It has 45.000 inhabitants and many Pizzerias and Restaurants with affordable price and high quality food. Fish is the speciality of the place, but also the famous "granita" or "cannoli" are sensations that a visitor can't miss. It's a perfect place to go for a family. In summertime there are also many kiosks on the beaches that are open all night long playing music and entertaining people. Attractions Sciacca is an old city where you can still find aspects from the arab and norman period. Many are the ancient building of the city and unique is its main square that gives to all the visitors a breathaking view of the mediterrenean and african sea. Of interest are the arab quartier and the fisherman quartiers that creates a kind of labirinth (casba) of small street and alleys that connect the old harbour to the San Michele quartier. Sciacca is also famous for its SPA, where you can enjoy a warm solphoreum bath or a sauna in prehistoric caves...you can't miss it! Sciacca is dominated by the Mount Kronio where you have a superb view of the area and where is located the therapeutic center founded by Saint Calogero. One of the most important thing to see in Sciacca is the Filippo Bentivegna's Garden of Enchantments the Sicily's famous outsider sculpture garden. Last but not least Sciacca is famous for its beaches. Sandy, Rocky, Cliffs...the shore varies and gives you the opportunity of choosing everyday a new experience.

Chateau Meu: Luxury bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

The fisherman's house

The house includes: Entrance, large living room, bathroom, kitchen with picturesque sea view crossed by fishing boats and 1 bedroom. In the upper floor: bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, 3 levels of terraces on which to observe the twinkling of the stars in the night, the dark and calm water, the shadows of the moored boats listening to the music of the waves accompanied by long sunsets That thrill will remain bringing with it the view of the harbor like an open door to your dreams.

La villetta si trova nella Costa del Mito a 800 mt dal mare, immersa in un giardino di ulivi nella riserva naturale di Torre Salsa. La casa ha una vista bellissima sul mare dove si possono ammirare ogni giorno dei tramonti spettacolari di diversi colori. A pochi passi si trova il nuovo resort Adler Sicilia.
