An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

A Scario, a soli due minuti a piedi dal lungomare ( circa 100 metri) vi è una porzione di appartamento costituita da un bilocale indipendente di 40mq, sito al secondo piano di una casa con giardino. E' dotato di zanzariere ed è composto da: ingresso, camera con armadio a ponte -il letto matrimoniale può trasformarsi in due letti singoli-, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, caminetto, angolo cottura, terrazzino con vista mare, TV, uso della lavatrice. E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino.
