Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Größe von 34 m². Der Balkon bietet weitere 7 m² und ist mit Schiebeelementen aus Glas verbaut. Diese lassen sich einfach verschieben und gewähren einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den hohen Sarstein und die vorbeifließende Traun. Weiters steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz mit Schrankenanlage zur Verfügung. Das Zentrum von Bad Aussee ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft im Kunst-Atelier, Bad Ischl

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

In unserer Wohnung mit hochwertiger Zimmerausstattung mit vielen Naturmaterialien fühlt sich Groß und Klein wohl. Unsere Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine mit recycelbaren Kaffeekapseln sind natürlich auch enthalten. Zur weiteren Zimmerausstattung zählen kleine und große Handtücher, Haartrockner, Bettwäsche sowie kostenloses W-Lan. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen auch ein Babybett für Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahren zur Verfügung.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Austrian villa with mountain view and next to the center of Bad Aussee. Grocery stores, cafes, parks, restaurants, are walkable in less than 10 mins. Attractions like the famous city of Hallstatt are 17km away and reachable by train or bus. Bad Aussee also offers you various attractions like the Altausseer lake located about 4 km from the villa. Ski-areas are connected by bus from Bad Aussee.

Das Ferienhaus dasBergblick liegt in ruhiger Lage und bietet jede Menge Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre mit direktem Blick auf den Hohen Sarstein. Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
