Telluride offers a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. Sit on the sunny decks or enjoy a fire in one of the 3 Kiva style fireplaces throughout the house in winter or fall. Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

The Hideout-Cozy Telluride Retreat on bike path!

Come celebrate the festival season and amazing hiking at a cozy private unit behind my house directly on the bike/walking path for 1-4 guests. Only 1.6 miles from town (and 25 yards from the SMART bus stop.) Park on my driveway for easy convenience. The free gondola to Mtn Village is less than 2 miles away. The Valley Floor and elk sighting are across the street. Private on the patio to enjoy the stars on the cool nights. Enjoy!
