Nel seminterrato un ambiente (no finestre) con letto matrimoniale, un piccolo divano e un bagno completo. Al 1° piano abbiamo un ambiente con cucina, una stufa a legna (solo decorativa), un divano letto per 2 persone, balcone e bagno completo. Infine in terrazza abbiamo arredi da esterno sotto un gazebo e un grill in muratura.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Villa Buongusto es independiente y está amueblada con buen gusto. La casa está a solo 300 metros de la playa. Con sus 10 km de arena blanca, Costa Rei es una de las bahías más bellas del Mediterráneo y, como dice la guía Lonely Planet, incluso del mundo. La playa es blanca, el agua es cristalina y el agua es muy poco profunda, ideal para niños.
