The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. The windmill is an independent house. It consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor is the bedroom. It 's about 1,5 km from the town of Fournoi Korseon, about 10 minutes walk. Also at a distance of 1 Km is the beautiful beach of Kambi. It has a road to the house that you can reach by car.
