Quad room with Breakfast in our B&B in Salzburg

This Quadruple room is a basic but nice room, located directly in our historic house. All our rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with Sat-TV/Radio, free Wi-Fi connection, safe, hairdryer and phone. Of course, the room has also got your own private shower/WC. Our house itself is located near the main train station of Salzburg. It was built in 1900, when the whole area around the station was planned and developed. To reach the Historical City centre of Salzburg with all the famous sites, it is as short walk from us: 10 walking minutes to the Mirabell Gardens, 15 minutes to the Mozart House, 20 Minutes to the cathedral and approximately 30 walking minutes to the Fortress Hohensalzburg. As the station is just 3 minutes away from us, you can easiyl take a bus into the Old Town. Also, all main destinations around Salzburg (Hallstatt, Berchtesgaden, Salt Mines, Eagles Nest, Munich, Innsbruck, Vienna...;) can easily be reached from the train station.

Not far from Salzburg and right on the lake is Obertrum. In the heart of the village you will find an idyllic pension. Room 16 is one of 16 newly built wooden rooms in the passive house, which is surrounded by a large and quiet garden. Whether alone or as a couple, the room with a spacious double bed, desk, shower, toilet and great balcony with a view of the countryside offers everything your heart desires. For a good start to the day, there is a small self-made breakfast included - organic muesli, organic oat milk, fruit, coffee & tea - everything from the region.If you walk past the Trumer private brewery in the village center - a minute's walk away - you will find a bakery, a confectionery, a butcher and everything that belongs in a village in the lake district! And of course the Obertrumer See can be reached on foot in 5 minutes! If you have your bike with you, you can safely store it in the in-house bicycle cellar.

Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen.Gut für Familien,Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen.Jedoch müssen Sie bei Gruppen jedes Zimmer einzeln buchen.Wir freuen uns, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen! Unser Garten Apartment wurde im April 2023 umgebaut. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Pension Ballwein. Es verfügt über eine separate Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, einem eigenen Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bad und einer Terrasse. Sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN und einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.
