Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

A great one bedroom space in historic downtown Columbia, SC in the Land Bank Lofts building. It is within walking distance to all you may need in the area including fine and casual dining, coffee shops, museums and plenty of entertainment. The loft was remodeled with an industrial feel with high ceilings and exposed venting and ductwork but equipped with all conveniences. It has been decorated with an eclectic flair with local historic pieces and artifacts.

ONLY 10-15 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE HEART OF BEAUTIFUL DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE! We are only 11 miles to GSP Airport; 6 miles to Greenville Downtown Airport; and 10 minutes to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We are minutes to Furman University, Bob Jones University, North Greenville University and Clemson University is only 45 minutes away. We are tucked away open top of Paris Mountain. Just a block from the campus of Presbyterian College in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My home is also steps from the campus of the Thornwell Home for Children and Thornwell's Lush Acres Farm.
