This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. The apartment is close to 2 lakes and the sea. Across the street is a nature reserve where you can swim, run, cycle and walk. 800 meters away is Stockholm's largest nature reserve (where, among other things you find Hellasgården) 1,6 kilometers away is a shopping center with restaurants. Train takes 18 minutes to Slussen and bus 7-20 minutes to the city, where you can enjoy everything Stockholm has to offer. At Nacka Strand, SL's shuttle boats leave for, among others, Djurgården and Nybroplan.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Mysigt gästhus i ett lummigt och härligt villaområde. Naturområden med skog, hav och sjöar runt knuten - och väldigt bra kommunikationer till Stockholms city. Vardagsrum, dubbelsäng, soffa, matbord och stolar, separat badrum med tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Köket är litet, men effektivt och väldesignat. Närmaste busshållplats ligger ca 300 meter bort, bussar går med några minuters mellanrum till Stockholm city. Resan tar 15-20 minuter. Två vuxna (med ett yngre barn) kan sova bekvämt.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

Kollektivtrafiken avgår ständigt från busstationen som ligger på 2 minuters avstånd från bostaden. Här bor ni såväl nära naturen som stadens puls. Lägenheten som är på 80 kvm ligger på bottenplan av vårt suterränghus. Bostaden har egen ingång, är fullt utrustad. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet

Here you can enjoy nature or the city life or why not, both! You will be staying in a separate apartment at the 1st floor, in an unique wooden villa from 1873, by the lake. Just across a large nature reserve. 5 minutes walking distance there is a large shopping center with resturants and shops. Busstop at 200m, 15 minutes to the city center. Welcome!

I have a charming, new one bedroom guest house, 40m2, in Nacka right outside Stockholm city center, 5-10min by car, or 20 by buss. It's located in a suburb on a hill above a small lake with a beautiful wide open view of the surroundings. Green recreation areas with hiking and biking trails around the corner.
