Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. Please note there is no longer a hot tub at this property

Close to Bath & Bristol - both 9 mins away by train. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the train station. 15 min walk to Keynsham High Street's shops, bars & restaurants. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices!
