Take a reading break in the adjacent room, outfitted to look like a Victorian British library. A spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath complete this lovely property. Enjoy parking in a driveway in the typically-packed city. We are just a quick and enjoyable 12-minute walk to Essex street and all that downtown has to offer!

Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Pets are allowed only with advanced request to ensure safety of guest and residents pets. NEM 1450 plug for EV charging.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
