Enjoy an early morning breakfast on the screened-in deck and spend a relaxing evening outside by the firepit. This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

The Waterfall cabin is located in a quiet romantic setting with your very own waterfall just steps away from the cabin. This cabin is ADULT only and has a maximum occupancy of two. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows in the open fire pit. The cabin is just minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, gift shops, eatery's, brewery's, bath houses and some of the best hiking trails in Arkansas. The cabin does have a DVD player with movies, games and puzzles.

Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! It is situated next to our antique barn and is on land that has been in our family for generations. You will have self check in and will enjoy coffee, and tea.
