Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. If you’re planning of a fantastic stay, then this Ginkakuji Vacation Home is just the place for you! The rental is the downstairs of the home with a private entrance and completely separated. Please note that the host family with dog（toy poodle） lives on site and may be present during your stay.

YAMANOTE HOUSE is accessible from major Kansai stations with 37min from Kyoto Sta. or 65min from Osaka Sta. If you come by car from Kyoto it takes less than 1 hour. The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year.

There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with garden view. Electric bikes are rent for free.
