It’s located directly adjacent to the TV lounge common area and convenient to a bathroom. Features a shared lounge, and kitchen used by other Air BNB guests. The host has a cat that lives in the hostel. All other amenities in the common area are shared. Hiker, skier, college and graduate students, international, and conversationalist love this place.

Our building, originally an elementary school, has been turned into a community space we are keeping alive with endeavours such as this hostel. The Acorn is part of the 60 acre, 137 year old Oakland House property that has been operated as a summer vacation destination since it was opened to guests on July 4th, 1889.
