Guests will enjoy their own space (1 party @ a time) on the 2nd floor of this house. one bedroom, full bath, living room with TV and piano, kitchenette, back deck, Private entrance and off-street parking. Our home is located at the juncture of routes 100 and 15, a 5-minute walk to downtown. Minutes from Stowe, 1 hour from Burlington.

When booking for 3-4 guests ($45 per person per night after 2nd guest), an additional, smaller room with a double bed and full bath is provided (otherwise blocked). Both rooms have unobstructed views of the Mt. Mansfield slopes and our serene riverfront grounds.

Here you will find, a quiet place to rest, away from noise but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful dead end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.
