Relax, pour a dram, hop in the hot tub and revel in the peace and quiet of our riverbank grass field. Spot fish, birds, and maybe even an otter. Dogs by prior agreement.

Lots of space to make your own; making a feast or relaxing by the stove in the large kitchen, spotting dolphins from the conservatory or watching the moon rise out of the sea after a BBQ. Seagreens Cottage is a hidden gem, within metres of the sea. There is one bathroom - a bath, separate shower, a living room with comfortable sofas and wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen/diner.There is a secure garden to the side and the back of the cottage with a patio and an open front garden that leads onto the beach.The beachfront location provides stunning views whatever the weather. It is ideal for a relaxing break or for a family holiday exploring the surrounding area.

Welcome to our lodge in Royal Deeside. It’s a quiet, private spot where we’re lucky to be surrounded by nature and vast, open views of the mountains. The lodge is a lovely place to slow down—whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, curling up by the wood-burning stove, or enjoying the hills. We're just a short drive from castles, waterfalls, and great trails. I offer massages at my home (Wed, Thu, Sat 8–10am); please pre-book if you'd like a session. Hope to see you soon!

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
