Safely stroll past 5 houses to the beach, without having to cross the street with your loved ones. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the front or back patio, or take your pick from any of the local quaint eateries or bars within walking distance. Enjoy the day skimboarding, surfing, shelling or sunning with your favorite book. There’s so much to do in St Augustine, the oldest city in the USA: visit the Castillo de San Marcos Fort, the Historic St Augustine lighthouse, our Alligator Farm or stroll down St George St with all the local artisans and eateries; all of this and more within a 10-minute drive! Returning back to our beachside retreat, relax and play games with your guests, watch TV on the three Smart TVs, or take a quick snooze in our comfy beds. If you’d rather stay in and prepare your meals we have a fully appointed kitchen with a beautifully updated eat-in area or enjoy the sectional and dining table in the backyard with the beautiful scenic lighting, surrounded by towering palm trees. Watch the stars in the sky while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying relaxing quiet tropical evenings where you can hear and smell the ocean. Note: Home is a duplex with a long-term tenant upstairs, with whom the backyard patio and other outdoor spaces are shared spaces. You do have the front patio all to yourself though, and driveway parking is reserved for you as well.
