5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.
