The rooms comfortably sleep 4, but can add a rollaway to accommodate 5 people. Rates are based on 4-person occupancy; any additional guests over 2 years old will be charged $20/person per night. Rooms 1 & 3 are the perfect choice for a family or two couples traveling together. The front room includes two Twin-sized beds, a small closet, and a bathroom that connects to the second room where you’ll find a Queen-sized bed and another small closet. With a rollaway bed, this accommodation can sleep up to five guests. Rooms 2 & 4 are adjoining rooms designed for families or two couples traveling together. For spacious accommodations you can’t go wrong with these rooms at Hotel Charlotte. One room includes two Twin-sized beds, a small closet, and a bathroom that connects to the second room. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Beach Bungalow This is an ocean themed space that is very cheerful and fun! It has a bedroom (queen bed). There is a separate sitting area with a futon sofa, side chair and a flat screen Smart TV. There is also a picture window that is 6'6"x5' so you can view the beautiful oak trees and deck area.There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The Beach Bungalow has quick access to the pool, hot tub by reservation only, and sandy beach. It is on the ground floor of a tri-Level building.

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

The Hummingbird sleeps 3, has a King bed and a twin sofa bed. It is attached to the main common area where there is a large sitting area, and a private patio. Hummingbird has a tub, walk-in shower, wet bar, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi, DirecTV and Breakfast served hot every morning.

Our studio cabin features a queen size bed, custom made cabinetry, closet, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a breakfast nook by the window. Our cabin has a bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. This cabin is approx. 250 sq ft and shares walls. Max two guests. Please include children in the total number of guests. This cabin is located on the ground floor with three stairs. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.
