Best place for breakfast, you have to ask "chicharrones" (a kind of roast pork, but really good in a Peruvian style) you can ask as side fried sweet potatoe or bread. You have to ask the house coffee that is the perfect match.

This is not a street market. It is a typical market where local people go to buy fresh groceries, fruit and other things. It is a must see if you want to know a typical and daily place for peruvians. You could have breakfast and lunch here, as well. Groceries are much cheaper here.
You will find a laundry, repair shoes, etc.
