If you fancy splashing the cash for a great meal out The Courthouse is amazing. The building is beautiful as it’s an old courthouse. The menu is brilliant and we have never had a bad meal there. We have even chosen to get married here in October of this year!

This fantastic British pub is a short drive away from our home, with excellent food, well-kept beers and superb landlords – you can’t book here but turn up, grab a pint at the bar and you’ll get seated pretty quickly. It’s full of cosy corners, wood burning fires and great beers. Make sure you leave room for pudding - the sticky toffee pudding is to die for!

It’s full of cosy corners, wood burning fires and great beers. Make sure you leave room for pudding - the sticky toffee pudding is to die for!
The Lambing Shed – this is a farm shop and café/ restaurant which is great for tea coffee and cake or something a little more substantial. It’s a short 5 minute drive from the house towards Macclesfield.
