They can recommend SEVERAL trails or outfit you for kayaking. The river does not hold its water so CALL before you plan to kayak. IT'S AMAZING if you can and not to be missed.

KAYAKING the King;s is the best. It is not over-popuated and
holds its water better than the Buffalo. If you do the right stretches the water is crystal clear. If you like to fish this is the area for you!

This little oasis is less than a mile from my house. It has a wonderful 3/4 of a mile trail that you can walk. It is safe and very quiet and peaceful.

This has a wonderful 6 mile biking trail, a 5 mile mountain biking trail, and a paved path for walkers. It follows the lake and intersects with the Botanical Gardens! It is a FAVORITE place of mine.

1153 Lake Fayetteville RdThis has a wonderful 6 mile biking trail, a 5 mile mountain biking trail, and a paved path for walkers. It follows the lake and intersects with the Botanical Gardens! It is a FAVORITE place of mine.
It has a great loop around the lake and the hike down has some stunning views. It is often crowded with walkers and bikers so just beaware, after you walk it, go into historical Rogers downtown for coffee and brunch. It has a lot of history in the small downtown and old cobblestoned streets.

Sightseeing
It's only 2 miles from my house and well worth the trip. It takes about an hour to see everthing in it.

It's near the Bentonville Square which is well worth checking out. Great food trucks and eating joints, as well as the first Sam's Five and Dime.

It's the annex of the modern art part of Crystal Bridges. Amazing funky modern art. It also has a restaurant there that has delicious food and cocktails.

Wonderful little museum in Springdale. It's free and has a great re-creation of an Ozark homestead. It's near downtown Springdale, which is worth exploring. It is also right off the Arkansas Regional Greenway, the super- bike path that goes from South Fayetteville to Bella Vista.
