This is the ultimate "work out" and is a must do if you are into hiking. It is very steep but the reward is the beautiful view up top where you can enjoy some lunch on Grouse Mountain and as a bonus you do not need to trek down but rather take the gondola down.

Trails, beaches, bike paths, swimming pool. Highly recommend to do a loop around the park via bike (12 km total)

There are 3 peaks, I suggest going straight the 3rd or at LEAST 2 the 2nd. The view and chipmunks running around at the top is worth it.
