I love this place because of its very unique Vietnamese/Cajun/Creole fusion. As far as I know, its the first restaurant to blends these amazing cuisines.... If you try it, please get the papaya salad and chicken wings.. thank me later.

Among the Everglades' abundant wildlife are the endangered leatherback turtle, Florida panther and West Indian manatee.
