We have tried them all, Allehjørnet serves the best thaifood in town. It´s close to the apartment so we often pick up take away to bring home, or to Musehagen if the weather is nice.

Our favourite, Don Pippo. With great ambience, deliciously composed sandwhiches, and their knowledge of wine, this is a safe bet from morning throughout the evening. Sunday is pancake day too!

This shopping centre is listed because the cafe BIT on the ground floor has free croissants to go with your coffee if you order it before 10 am. A real moneysaver. They make decent salads as well.

The funicular to Fløyen. Most tourists take it to the top and down again. Our tip is to exit on the way down at the stop in Fjellveien, and go for a stroll there. Will give you the very best views!
