Riga is very nice but the thing to do in the Baltic is the countryside ... visit the small city Kuldiga for example, car rental with ezrent.lv@gmail.com can be very affordable, not new cards but good service! Otherwise Sixt and all the other global brands are around as well. Travelling by bus is also a good expericne
