Everyone you meet will greet you with "How are you". You respond "Good thanks, How are you", or similar.
That's just the way we are. Canadians are very polite.

Getting around
Having a car is the best, especially because you have your own free parking spot in the building included.
Parking downtown Toronto can be pricey but anywhere else, you're fine.
The go station is 500 m away by Square One. Busses can take you downtown or to the train station. Connections are ok but not great. Mississauga taxi or Uber Taxis are also available, off course.

So much to see and do
The apartment is located right next to Square One and there're just so many things to see and do for everyone, that it is impossible to mention them all.
I have mentioned a few, but go online and enjoy exploring the countless possibilities you have nearby.
